I have some advice if you still want it
Guys usually have really broad torsos, so make it wider in the chest and stockier in the middle. The basis is kind of like a elongated trapezoid.
That's about all I can say, if you still care. And always remember proportions.
The longest finger will end at the pelvis so keep that constant. -
Ooh, and always look at references if you're not sure :)
