  Do you draw anime chibis by any chance?
  
  If so,could you draw a chibi that looks like this:

  Hair color:Blue,almost teal.
  Hair length:Slightly above shoulders
  Eye color:Dark blue eyes.Just eyes,no pupils.
  Eye shape:Almost cat-like eyes
  Clothing:Long,navy blue dress,a white scarf,and white heels.
