how come all the old (accounts), good users leave and mean stupid newbs (ex: Me) come and destroy this place you (maybe me but not really) can clean this place up.

We all take part in the decline of the website, and some users just can't handle the stress, so they leave.

Bad grammar and inproper use of punctuation is what irritates me the most in daily virtual conversations. I can't even.

We can't particularly ban people because of their grammar, as irritating as it is. They aren't breaking any rules by not typing like you or me.
