Mom: sit down, we're going to pray
Me: *turns around and heads back to the staircase*
Mom: No it's not a religious prayer, it's about family and how thankful we are for--
Me: *closes bedroom door* -
Me: I don't want food e-o
Dad: get your ass down here, we're having a nice family meal -
Mom: I just want to be with my family for Thanksgiving, why won't you come eat :'(((
e-o it's nOT THANKSGIVING -
oh apparently I'm getting my phone taken away if I don't eat??
f---ing thing is, they don't care whether I actually eat or not. They don't care if I actually speak at the table or not, they don't actually want my company. They're just accustomed to the idea that having your entire family at a table will make them a "good family." f---ing bulls---. -
