You drew that right now?! Wel drawing needs more time and more focus and try to draw from a picture or a perfect drawing not from your mind cause that never improves your skills.
This one, the lips gotta be higher as well and try to draw the eyes even.The nose has to be thiner. But it looks good tho the other one was better ;) -
In Iran, art teachers don't get paid enough so I guess I could be something better and keep drawing as my hobby ;)
