Asking sucks! But the reward can be great. I always got nervous before asking a girl out.

Before I asked Jackie I had been rejected by two other girls. The first was nice and said, no sorry. The other told her friends and they all laughed at me, but both times I felt like I had been impaled with a rusty, frozen spike. Right through the heart.

Jackie healed the wound, now I'm happy!

I reject people.
I try to ask people out, but I end up getting all nervous so I don't.

I'm a guy and people around here tend to be old fashioned... I kind of have to...

Even if I didn't, I'm not considered attractive. Not very many teens my age think personality is more important.
