Try to interact. Don't be too obvious, just say hi or whatever every now until he knows who you are. Then go from there.

I interact with him everyday. He's like, my best guy friend. But my other friend likes him too and he likes this girl that is really pretty. My life is so messed up!!! ._.

By never notice me I meant he is like oblivious to however I feel and would never even have a single thought of me that way. Sorry my mind is confuzzling.
