Mexico's going to get an official for Hetalia sooner or later (reasonable to assume this since Ecuador just got his the other day) so I have to reuse my design so I won't feel bad for throwing it away.
Not sure if he should keep the same name (as everyone else has like eastern-style names) as Mex but certainly he'll be nicknamed Noche (night, refers to how he dresses darkly and only tends appear during dark hours) as to keep the Spanish-influence thing going.
He wears an eye patch over his right eye because it throws a lot of people off and he doesn't like that, but I forgot to put the patch.. xD
Uhm, I'll do a full body later. Ironically enough he's not short heh. -
