i've always had it but its really bad today
i can't do anything because i know i will fail at it
every thing i do, i regret it, because i dont know if it was the right thing to do or not
i even had a panic attack the other day because i think i messed up in front of my crush
my parents wont help me they think i'm crazy, and idk what to do...
