Ahh, that is a problem. Have you tried sitting down with your sister and talking over it? How old is she?
You're 12, right? I'm not sure what kind of decisions these are but I want you to know that even if you make the wrong decision, it's fine. You're young, and humans screw up sometimes. You don't need to bring yourself down about it.
What you might be feeling is the feeling of being stuck. You might be scared and you feel like you can't do anything because your way is blocked by a wall and there's pressure building up behind you. I can't really offer you any advice as to how to get out of it because I don't really know the situation.
But I think you really need to communicate with your sister, it seems like you guys have a rocky relationship and that's never good. -
We do communicate.
My decision is to finally get a phone. and then she said 'No, your not getting a phone until your older' Its not really her decision to make. It's my mom's. And my mom would be fine getting me a phone but it'll be hard to pay 4 phone plans, so I'll probably be on my dad's. but.... Urgh... Especially I'm in middle school where I'm independent and I usually do stuff and its getting more to the part of where I do need a phone and also one that's cheap and a smartphone and not the last family member to have freakin Android. :T -

You are right, it's up to your mom..did you try telling her that though?. Money is most definitely an issue though ._. Do cheap smartphones exist? Why not just opt for a cheap phone that works the necessities (call, text, etc) to make it even easier? -
Yup.
By cheap, I mean. 99$ plux tax. I want a smartphone because I have a 98 percent chance of breaking 3DS XL. :3 xD sounds ridiculous. and yeah.... i need it because its complicated. and I found a smartphone thats 99 dollars plus tax. -
Whatever your reasons are, I guess that's as cheap as a smartphone will get and I hope that pans out for you. xD
