No Idea. My Grandma set my computer up for me, and I have no idea about nything besides how to work various Internet Explorer tools.

Not having a proper security system could be the problem. Your computer probably doesn't allow the required connections, as it is afraid of the server (lol) He throws you out because there isn't a security system.
