Yeah, a Sim day would take like.. I don't know, depends on your settings but for me it takes around 20 minutes or so. So yeah, it took a few hours in real time to get that over with.
Ooh and did i mention he went through an emo phase during that pregnancy because he was wearing some weird get up. -

Yeah, my sims are very weird people. I could give them the normal personalities and they would still be out there eating grass or something.
