  section it off into 3 major layers. Bottom. Middle. Top. Trim the bottom....1 centimeter. Trim the middle almost an inch...trim the bottom almost an inch...and then i dampen my hair by putting warm-hot water on it with my hands from the sink...and put in on one side, fluff it a little so it dries wavy...not curly. Bam.
