Caden walked towards her locker, which was near the side entrance of the school. She heard whispers in the hallway and assumed they were about her, until she looked up and saw who everyone was whispering about. He didn't look like everybody else, so he stood out. His long sleeves, jeans, and boots seemed too warm for this weather. Holy s---. That guy looks like... Caden thought, eyes widening. No. That's not possible.

Scatty had wandered off by then, heading for the library to hide out during first period. A boy with long blue hair dressed in a white shirt and a pair of blue pants sat at a table, reading a book. The library was empty, other than him.
The strangest thing though was the monkey-er lemur, on the table beside him. He was reading a book, paying no attention to anything else.
Why does he look familiar..? -
The strange boy must've noticed Caden staring at him, because he smirked and started walking towards her. Before Caden could even think straight, he was standing in front of her.
"Hey. I'm Matt."
Holy s---. -
"Hi." Scatty said, approaching the boy.
Marcassin turned to Scatty, blinking "Hello." he said quickly, before returning to reading. "You're Scatty, right?" -
"Caden," she replied, smiling.
"Nice to meet you. I'm, uh, kinda new here. Could you show me around?" Matt asked shyly. -
"Um yeah..who're you, and why do you have a monkey?" Scatty asked, blinking.
"I'm Marcassin..I'm new here. And you can see him? You must have a strong aura. His name is Lemahl." Marcassin said, smiling slightly.
"Strong Aura?" -
(s---, I gotta go eat dinner. I'll probably be on later. Bye, ttyl.)

"Uh, sure," Caden replied, nodding. "So, where are you from?"
Matt smiled. "I moved here from Los Angeles. Long story."
"Nice," Caden said. "Come on, I'll show you the library."
