Maybe some poison but in there drink or food no blade they can track your finger print and um...I don't know google it! -

Actually if he hits you first you hit him and then just keep on going even when he's clearly beat it could be attemt at man slaughter.

True but they could take pieces of it and get your prints off of there unless you wear rubber gloves and wear shoes everyone or someone you know wears so when they look for footprints it be hard but they have to be the same size
