My uncle Valdin, who lives waaaaaaay back in Mexico, runs a business in his own home where he makes/sells menudo. And it's f---ing good, too. I'm sure none of you would really like the idea of eating cow stomach but it's damn delicious for us.
Since menudo here f---ing sucks because the cows they use it for are f---ing old and the meat is older once you get it + hominy comes from a can, we usually just get the one you take out of the can and heat up. It's called Juanita or Josefina or something like that, I think it's brand Juanita.
Anyway so my dad said we should take a can of menudo when we go back to Mexico in the fall and in the morning we should just casually heat it up in front of everyone so my uncle can freak out and say 'What the f--- is that?! Is that f---ing competition?!'
It's much more funnier when you're familiar with my uncle's freak outs, but yeah my dad has an amazing idea.
