no but you still have to stay active, live on bases and do jobs. they wouldnt give him vaca time til after a year and a half maybe 2...you know where he takes months off at a time. itd be like 3 days to a week

my dad is air force, 2 uncles and 2 grandpas and 1 great grandpa are army and 1 great grandpa is navy -
