Jake and kelsey walked out of the school. They started rto walk back to her house. -
We walk side by side to my house. "Sorry it's a lil messy, my parents have been gone for 2 months..."

"Oh, really? It's fine......" jake said as they approached the front door.

"Yeah. They always leave this time of year." I dig my key out my bag and unlock the door as I walk in.

Jake followed her into the house. It smelled like lemons and ferbreeze.

I throw my bag on the couch and picks up a piece of paper. "Um, welcome... I guess.."

"uh...yea..thanks." Jake said as he sat down on the couch.

"Can I get you anything? Or wanna watch tv?" I admit I was a lil nervous having him over here. What if he found out about me?

"Uh...i'm fine." Jake got out his homework and started to work. -
(Her parents aren't her real parents. She lives alone because her real parents died in a car crash. She has a foster family who takes trips and leave her behind.)
"Okay..." I head to the kitchen to work. -
(oh k)
Jake finished all his work by the time the sun set. "I'm uh...gonna go back to my house to get some things. I'll be back in half an hour. k?" he said. -
"Oh, okay. I'll try to find something to eat..." I look at him.
