You're not like the enemies I fight. NOW those are predictable. Especially with the yellow squares.

They have set patterns and easily dodged attacks.

Mettaurs move depending on how you move, then they try hitting you with a shockwave. Powies turn into giant statue things then attempt crushing you. All you need to do is move backward or forward depending on where you are. Moving sideways could also help. But don't attempt that if there is more than one.
