I grin back, then realize I'm still eating the blueberries. "Oops..." I close my mouth, and finish the pack in less than five minutes. "Hey, I just made a new record!"

I laugh. "You want to be known for THAT in the world record book?

"Yeah! I finished a pack of blueberries in five minutes. I don't know anyone else who can do that."

I hear a car pull up the drive, and look out the window. Sure enough, there was a silver car parked right there. "Um, I thought you said your mum wasn't getting back till dark?"

"Oh crap, she said on the note she wasn't!"

I made room for Perry at the window. "Well that doesn't look like her car. Who do you think it is?"

I grimace, thinking hard. The door opens. "Quick, jump out my window NOW!" I hiss.
