Hm.... U-U The first one portrays excessive amounts of makeup that completely conflict with even the tan of their skin, which is probably fake..
In the second one, their faces are excessively pale and the makeup they have on actually goes with it. -
...That paleness is also makeup. Look closely at Frenzy's hairline. But okay, that's a good one. Still not what I'm thinking though. x3
I'll wait for a few more people who actually care before saying my thoughts. -

And the second one, well, it's just our usual rockers sticking out in a good way, no? -

The first is a base of the stereotype that women seem to have to follow to be considered 'beautiful'. They probably look like that on a daily basis just so they're 'accepted'.
The second is using makeup creatively and for fun and show, not to fit in with the crowd, and obviously the style used would stick out on its own anyway. I'm positive Hi-Na doesn't wear makeup like that every day, or even wear makeup at all. I haven't seen Frenzy without makeup, but I'm sure he doesn't wear that every day either. -
