  It had great cinematography plot line over all followed along good, but there were some obvious and nit picky things I didn't like.

  Well, It is the New Yearly Young Adult Book movie. It was better then last years NYYAB movies that weren't the Hunger Games. But yea it had a couple problems. Like was it really necessary to have the father die like 15-20 mins after the mother died? It was too much too soon. You cared about tess's mother dying but then when the father dies, it's like "Oh no.... he's dead... that sucks."

  I didn't read the book, but I watched the movie (ugh, I feel so guilty), so I couldn't really compare the movie to anything. I thought it was pretty good.

  Sure, it could be better...As a bookworm I liked it cause it seems like it's based on a good book(I haven't read it yet)
