Poll: Should I lose weight ?
I am a 13 year old girl who is 5 foot 3 inches, strong build and weighs 200 pounds. I play soccer, badminton, karate, irish dancing, sean os dancing, basketball, P.E. and swimming. (I do each of these once a week for approx 1-2 hours) Should I lose weight, gain weight or stay the same. I would personally like to lose the weight, so if anyone has any dieting or exercise tips the please post in the comments. Have a nice day ! :) xoxo
