Okay :3 How about this...
In a world where only a family may have 2 children. Not a fun place to live in. A family has 3 children, and has to hide the 3rd child from others. No one can no he/she existed, not even the rest of the family. The girl/boy is in hiding. A rich family, that moved in across the street. They have a 3rd child too. The boy/girl sees the boy/girl peeking through the rich family's window. If the population police catch them, they will be killed. -
