I am in grade 11. Cos I am 16 turning 17 at the end of the year.
Okay random question: I know this sounds a little weird, but what grade is freshman?
The reason I ask is because in Australia where I live we only have primary school and high school, we dont have middle school -
So that means that in primary school is includes, prep, grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
And high school is grade 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
And if people decide to do university, not many people go to university, its an option though. -
So yeah I am in grade 11 :)

Freshman = 9th grade
Sophmore = 10th grade
Junior = 11th grade
Senior = 12th grade

Sorry I didn't completely know that because Australia doesnt keep it like that.
Over here, we have grade 11 and 12 as seniors and everyone else is just called normal high schoolers haha
I think its because we have way less people in our schools in Australia -
Mmmmm, yup, that makes sense! I never really hear American terms for grades outside of America so idk XD

University we call it and barely any people go from grade 12 to uni so yeahhh
