some of yāall just give me anxiety like
do yāall know it rlly is damaging to oneself and others to be so aggressive -
like jumping down peopleās throats and fighting all the time and being so mean
like itās unnecessary, but you also donāt know how others will react to your needless aggression
i may be 20 years old but i grew up around that s--- and it left me traumatized and makes me cry and ULTRA stressed because like,,, that s---s f---ing scary -
and if you donāt realize,, trauma is a permanent thing
if you have the choice to react angrily or calmly, you should choose calm bc you canāt take back when you hurt or scare someone -
and before anyone gets their pants in a twist
itās not even about your own feelings not being valid,,, like
it starts and begins with the fact that your valid feelings donāt give you the right to infringe on someone elseās peace.
