He's missing some of his fur, and the top layers of his skin have been scraped off, and something was stabbed into him, it looks like a piece of wire or something. It's not in him, but he has the puncture wound.
This isn't natural, it looks like someone burned him there too.
Cloud may only have been mine for two days so far, but NO ONE hurts my babies. -

Maybe it was another animal? Kittens are easy prey for animals.

Oh yeah because animals pierce one puncture hole and cleanly slice off skin and shave fur off and burn a kitten's side. Damn charizards.
