I realized right now after intense staring (for studying, mind you. xP Anatomy and the way the whole thing was colored..), that in the very last CG of Youji and Tetsuo in "The Red Road" ending.. You can clearly see their veins in various parts of their faces and bodies. Like, they're bulging and very obvious when you take a second to actual observe the skin.
AND IT REMINDS ME
THAT THE WHOLE PROCESS OF MAKING JUNSEI WAS THE MOST PAINFUL THING IN THE WORLD FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY HAD TO MELT TOGETHER AND BECOME ONE.
SO NOW I'M REALLY SAD.
