Who would have thought that I missed eating my Tio Valdin's menudo.. It was much better back home. >3> Like the meat here is so icky and old and so are the vegetables, over there everything in general is pretty fresh.
Reminds me of that saying everyone has for Mexico when you live here in the U.S and when you live there. "Mexico is so far from God, and so close to the U.S." Believe it or not, it's a common saying between us.. xD
Ahg anyway's the main point is that I miss eating menudo with my Uncle Valdin. xP I was eating some that my aunt made and it was kinda weird tasting. -

It is. It may be a bit gruesome to some because it's beef stomach you're eating, but it's really f---ing delicious.
