Who cares about the other cars? I'm going the speed limit so they don't need to go that fast
Get over, speed up to pass, then get back in the slow lane and slow back down
Ride right behind the slow vehicle because that will make them speed up. Then you won't have to pass
7. How often should you use your blinker?
Only when there is heavy traffic

Flash your high beams at them to warn them, just to be safe

11. Should a person have to take a driving test to renew their license?
No, we haven't had to before so why start now?

12. The car in front of you is turning left on a one lane road. What next?
Go around the vehicle on the right side
Hit them because you're talking on your phone and not paying attention
Honk your horn hoping to get them to go faster
Stop and wait for them to turn, then go. Or go around them if there is a lane in place specifically for that purpose
