Do you know how to give birth?

Millions of women "give birth" every day in the United States and around the world. In the United States, most women simply do whatever their doctor tells them to do. The results? The c-section rate for 2005 was approximately 30%.

So, my question to you is: do YOU know how to give birth? I mean really, truly, informed birth? Do you ask questions? Do you do your own research? Do you make your OWN decisions or do you simply rely on your doctor to make them for you?
