Before You Say Goodbye part 4

So, I'm sorry about my long absence. I've been busy with work and to top it off, I has quite a bit of writers block. Plus with the holidays coming up I felt just plain lazy.

There isn't really anything interesting and special about this part, so if you want to, you can just not read it. All the main character does is learn how to knit, crochet and do all the stuff old people do.

  1. The second thing on my list is to learn how to crochet, knit and other creative things I thought I'd learn how to do in my old age. I guess I really don't have as much time as I expected. I borrowed a few balls of yarn from one of the elderly nurses.
  2. I asked her if she's teach me. She said she would. The thing is, when I asked her, she started talking to a lamp post. I have a feeling she's losing her vision. I actually got permission to leave the hospital for a short period of time with the guidance of a nurse.Luckily I had Jamie. Jack couldn't come with me because he had to do physical therapy for about the whole day.
  3. It's kind of funny when he gets jealous. His face becomes red and he starts shaking. I'd never tell him that. I went to Michael's to find a few needles bringing coupons with me. As Jamie and I passed an elderly couple, I could have sworn that they said
  4. "Oh, what a cute couple. I remember when we were like that. Those were the good old days.". Said the old woman. One of my pet peeves are when people assume things. For example, the fact that since we're together, they assume we're a couple. What you see isn't exactly what's actually happening.
  5. A few other couples walking by also misunderstood the situation and thought we were a couple. Apparently, in the crafts store they were having free lessons on knitting and crocheting. I joined in with the group.
  6. The instructor was a guy wearing a pink sweater vest. The instructor gave us clear directions but, I didn't seem to learn to knit and crochet until 7/8ths of the lesson was over. At first, he went too fast and I ended up with a ball of tangled yarn. He had to restart the lesson and teach me once more. When I finally understood it, It seemed as if it were riding a bike. I stayed for a few lessons after that, learning how to quilt, knit, crochet, needlepoint and so many other crafts that require needles.
  7. By the time Jamie and I returned to the hospital, it was about midnight. I had returned with quite a few projects that I plannned to be for gifts for the fellow patients over the holidays. While knitting on a saturday morning, I asked Jack to read aloud all of the things I had put on my bucket list. Apparently the next thing was marriage. What am I going to do?
  8. the end
  9. just kidding.
  10. the ending is gonna be epic. not really
