How often and how much do you do it? Like how long and in what way?

LOL Carri! I'll admit I occasionally do that O_o

I exercise two or three times a week. I like the fun stuff. And the exercises usually last about 45 minutes, but mainly it's in gym class. -btw I hope not none of that sounded wrong-

I'm starting to exercise more, my mom got an eliptical. I like yoga. I walk a lot.

I go walking for two hours on 4 KM walks.

I do this 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes multiple days in a row.
