I like it when bands combine hardness with melody. A really good example of this is Born Of Osiris, and a song that really has this (Well all there songs do but) is "Exist", it's really good.

i like kinda a mysterious eerie to it all... like... to the lyrics... and lots of guitar and drums... preferrably men singing... i like melody and harmony... some solos... and an awkward subject that pretty much nobody knows about... a good example is a band called Chameleon Circuit... their songs are about this huge hit TV show called Doctor Who its really big in Britain... i dont watch the show but their songs are interesting and awesome.... =) a really good one is "Exterminate Regenerate" it may sound stupid but its NOT =)

I LOVE CHAMELEON CIRCUIT! Charlie McDonnell is so cute!
I think Apocalyptica is a cool mix. Classical Rock.
