I just think that she has a really bad reputation because she A.) had a television show and songs that only little girls liked, and B.) she made some wrong decsions in life. I found myself disliking her, but then again, she made some of the same descicions as some of my family members. And I don't hate them. And she was my role model in first grade. So, honestly, I just acted like I disliked her (because my friends did) when really I didn't care whether I liked her or not. And even if she was a diva, I think I shouldn't hate her unless I actually know her. And I'm planning on auditioning for Disney (if my mother stops holding me back) to start out a career and catch movie producer's eyes, so if you ever see me on Disney by some freak chance (and I'd tell you guys first), I know you won't think I'm stupid. Because I'll make any TV show cool. Too much? Okay, I'm done with all that now. And also, Sorry for posting on a thread that older users have. It was already refreshed... | |

She was apart of a Disney program and sang girly pop genre songs, that doesn't mean you should hate her, just you don't like what she does for a living or what she's associated with. As for her personal baggage, or whatever one wishes to call it, doesn't also mean you should hate her. People tend to forget that she was just a teenager when bad press came her way. A teenage girl - I think we can relate - living her life in front of the cameras. None of us can truly understand the immense pressure, insecurity e.t.c. that comes with that. You can't hate her - maybe her songs, her old program - but at the end of the day, you don't know that girl personally. Only through what's portrayed in the showbiz media, which is rubbish the majority of the time. Put yourself in her position, I doubt it'd be a pleasant experience. | |
