How Good of a Hunter-Gatherer Would You Be?

For 190,000 years, humans existed as hunter-gatherers. It was only 10,000 years ago that we took up agriculture and began to confuse our biological makeup. More recently, just 100 years ago, we confused our biology even more when the majority of people became sedentary due to industrialization. We are most healthy when we don't confuse our genetics, that's why it's important to listen to your DNA and mimic the lifestyle of hunter-gatherers in a modern setting.

3 - Can run for lengths at a time. Exercises on a irregular or regular basis. Mobility is never an issue.
4 - Long, tough runs are possible. Exercises frequently. Considered athletic.
5 - Athleticism is part of self-identity. Rigorous exercise is part of daily routine. Running, sprinting, climbing stairs, rockwalls, or rope is very little issue.

Very little. 1-2 servings per day.

1 - It is common to go without eating grains, legumes, and dairy for an entire day with no depleted energy.
2 - It is uncommon to go without eating grains, legumes, and dairy. Slightly low on energy when deprived of them.
3 - Rarely go without eating them. Energy is very low when deprived of them.
4- Never go without eating them.
5 - They comprise of the majority of my diet.
6. When you go for a walk, what types of shoes do you wear?
Large, athletic shoes. Soles are thick.
Tennis shoes. Medium thick soles.
Light shoes. (Eg., Sperry's) Medium-thin sole.
Sandals, minimalist shoes, or "toe-shoes".

Order #1 - General Selection. Small sirloin steak, side of veggies, bread sticks, soup, and a cheesecake desert.
