Thread Topic: Give Wolfie some health tips.
I typically eat fairly well, but lately I've been pretty trash with my eating habits and I'm not feeling too great about it. I also haven't been as active in recent time.
I'm 5 feet tall and 125 pounds. I used to be 110 and a lot more healthy looking. I need to lose a some weight, I'm aiming for my past weight, maybe a bit less.
What are some exercises you recommend for someone my size? I typically can't get to the gym, but I have weights and some simple equipment, though I prefer exercises that don't need it. I'm still willing to do the exercises with them, though.
I've already got the healthy eating part, it usually isn't hard for me to revert back to good foods. But if you have tips, feel free to share.
Oh, and key areas that need work for my are my abdomen and legs.
