  Back in early September, I was at volleyball tryouts and from running, I got tripped and my knee bent all oddly. I didn't really say anything, but it hurt really bad. Since I didn't say anything when it happened, I have to go to a physical therapist. I also messed up my ankle last sprung, and it never completely healed.
