Nick laughed a little bit before holding his snake up, who had coiled around his wrist. “Yeah, this is Lucy. She’s a big baby and will probably get mad at me once I put her away.”

"Can I pet her?" Elodie asked, walking over to Nick and Lucy. "Oh my gosh, she's so friggin' pretty! I so wish I could have a pet snake, but my dorms don't allow pets." Karl chuckled, watching the two from a distance. "Remember when you tried to sneak in a cat? That did not end well for you," he added, giggling. "We don't talk about Juan anymore, Karl, and you know that," Elodie said with a feigned sad voice, her expression a pathetic impression of crying.

“Yeah, you can,” Nick said with a chuckle, holding her closer to Elodie. “Juan is an amazing cat name. Now I need to know this story-“

"She got in trouble for bringing in 'Juan' and the administrators at her college made her give him up," Karl said with a chuckle, watching Elodie pet Lucy. "Oh my goodness, I love her so much," she said, giggling as she pet the snake. -

Nick giggled. “In college? Thats thin ice,” He stated, looking down as Lucy uncoiled herself from Nicks wrist and slithered up Eloides hand, securing herself onto her wrist, her small tounge sticking out from time to time as she explored the new persons arm. “Well, I guess she’s yours now.” -

on another note, this is the stupidest format for a test i have ever seen in my life, this test i have to take for us history-)
"Eh, it's whatever. I've got good marks 'n stuff, so they wouldn't kick me out," Elodie replied, giggling as Lucy slithered onto her arm. "Yess, my precious," she joked, watching in wonder as the snake wandered around her arm. "I love her so much, I really want one." "Girl, you don't need to make the administrators mad again," Karl said with a chuckle, crossing his arms. "You're gonna have to wait until you graduate, unless you want to start commuting." -

Nick chuckled, moving over to the waffle maker, pouring some mix and chocolate chips in before the closing it.“What’re you in college for?” -

"I'm majoring in Animal Science, because I want to be a vet like Kayden, the vet at our rescue," Elodie replied, smiling at Nick. "I've always had a love for animals, anyways, so I've had my heart set on it since high school." -

Nick smiled. “Oh, that’s awesome. I couldn’t tell you liked animals, though,” He said sarcastically, grabbing a large plate to put the waffle on once it was done cooking. -

"Yeah, it's always a shock when I tell people," Elodie remarked sarcastically, her giggles giving her away. "She's such a pretty snake, when did you get her?" -
“Funny story, actually,” Nick chuckled. “It was like, a flea market? Some guy was selling his snake along with that chair over there,” He pointed to a. leather chair in the living room. “And it was cheap and Lucy liked me, so I got it.”

Karl laughed, smiling. "That sure is a funny story," he said, giggling. "That sounds hilarious," Elodie said, chuckling. "Gosh, it just makes me want a snake more!"

“Yeah, snakes are fun,” Nick said with a chuckle, taking the cooked waffle out of the maker and onto the plate. He took the plate, holding it out to Karl. “Want this one?”

"Sure, thank you," Karl said with a small smile, taking the plate with the waffle on it. "Mmm. You got syrup?" He asked, setting the plate down on the counter in front of him. "Maybe I'll just take Lucy for myself," Elodie joked, petting the snake with a smirk. "Elodie, do you really wanna risk getting kicked out of your dorms, and possibly the vet program you worked hard to get in?" Karl asked, shooting a playful glare at his friend. "Plus, I'm sure Nick would be sad if you took his snake from him."

“Yep, lemme grab it,” Nick said moving to one of the cabinets and grabbing a bottle of syrup, handing it to Karl. “Hell no, Lucy is mine. She basically makes up my whole personality, I won’t let you take her,” He said with a giggle.
