Thread Topic: Here's a character who needs a plot and a soap partner

I can't think of a good plot for him, but my soul aches to use it for something.. So if anyone can think up a male X male romance plot, plus any other thing (action, horror, angst, etc.) I will soap with you.
Here's the character:
Name: Fennix
Age: 16
Personality: Quiet and sneaky, he tends to get himself into trouble often when his curiosity gets the best of him. He understands both English and Spanish perfectly. While he likes to make trouble, he's also very affectionate, and will take a petting over chasing a rabbit any day. -
Also, whatever plot we end up agreeing on will determine his backstory. So, whether he lives with an owner, by himself, on the streets, in the woods, in an abandoned building amidst the destruction of post-apocalyptic Earth, etc.

Oh, and last thing. Your character can be another hybrid of any sort or a human. It doesn't matter.

Okay, then how about this one?
It's in a setting where there are hybrids (nekos, humans with animal ears, tails, etc.,) but certain types of them are illegal. My character (MC) is an illegal fox hybrid, being kept by an abusive owner. Your character (YC) is either a neighbor, hybrid control officer, hybrid pound owner, or anyone else creative that you can think of. -
