His eyes widened. "Oh god..." Did he really just say that? Austin sank in his seat.
-
Nathan thought for a second. "Oh, yeah. The bright side is that you aren't a horrible teacher, but you really could work on your delivery of facts. Nothing bores and makes people sicker than long, drawn-out powerpoints and graphic pictures." He gasped. "By the way, they have come out with versions of Windows since nineteen ninety nine. I suggest you get someone who can help you. The new version is much, much better." Mr. Juno was feeling very mixed about what he had just heard.
-
That was something he could agree on. Austin looked at the student again, this time trying to make eye contact.
-
"Oh, oh, yeah. One last thing. Please shave your moustache. Nothing screams pedophilia more than that caterpillar crawling across your lip." Mr. Juno nodded, "I shall take everything you said into consideration.." That is when Nathan finally noticed someone looking at him. He turned, making eye contact.
-
He didn't say anything. Hi just looked at the other male.
-
Nathan gave him some kind of a look, squinting at his head. "You have fantastic hair," he complimented, looking back to his notebook.
-
He furrowed his brows before turning away as well. Austin started playing with his own hair again.
-
Nathan watched as Mr. Juno turned the projector off. "Since class is nearly over, why don't you just chat freely.." He sat at his desk, turning on his computer.
Nathan opened his notebook, back to his normal self again, which was unusual. He continued drawing. -
Great. He doesn't even have anyone to talk with. Austin sighed.
-
Nathan moved to the desk directly in front of Austin. He stared at him a bit. "Can I draw your hair?" he asked, almost in a whisper.
-
He didn't notice Nathan moved until he was already in the seat. Which he didn't expect.
"Uh, sure." -
"I'm not as weird as I seem," he promised, shoving his glasses on. Opening his notebook, he attempted to find a place to start. He examined the hair, letting out a "hm" here and there.
-
"I'll trust your word on it." He smiled slightly at him.
-
"It just really fits this new character I'm designing. I hope you don't mind." He grabbed his pencil, starting a very faint line. He made a few lines to make an outline.
-
"Ooh sounds interesting, it's cool." He watched the man as he began to draw, highly interested.
