I’ve felt kinda anxious, lately?
not sure if it is anxiety or what, but this always happens whenever someone in my family gets sick or may be sick and I really hate it.
makes me feel all sick n stuff :’) -

but, i have a breathing exercise you could do if you get anxious or anything :D
its called the 5-5-5
so
you breathe in for 5 seconds through your nose
breath out for 5 seconds out your mouth,
and then don't breathe for 5 seconds.
not like, holding your breath or anything, just not breathing.
try doing that for about a minute increment (so about 12 times if i did my math right :'))
it clears your frontal lobe of any anxiety or strong emotion (in ya brain >:])
which helps you think more clearly :]

I’m doing okay now, it just always leaves a sick feeling in my stomach whenever I know someone in my family is sick/might be sick.
it usually goes away after a while, which is good. -

but I'm not a therapist or anything so don't take my word for it :] -
I get like that whenever my parents go out for quite a while like on a trip, bc it makes me anxious when they’re gone for so long and I get worried about stuff happening :’)
