He fished his DS out of his pocket and slouched against the wall. Once he turned on the device, he clicked start on his current game of Mario Kart. Then the gaming commenced.
I reached into my pocket and pulled out my phone. One missed call. Weird. I shrugged and tossed it onto the table.
