Well, if you're saying that no rules were enforced, then kind of. Yes. Most websites with forums or general commercial websites always have policies and rules. On these websites, if they break a policy then action would be taken and consequence would actually be inputted on the person. GTQ has that, and they're called moderators. If you break a stipulation, such as no spamming, then your spam will be deleted or eradicated and your post time would become high or you'll get a penalty. But the problem is is that everyone has lives, not everyone is dedicated to the role of a moderator, or people are simply exasperated from all the junk that comes their way and can't even handle their simple job.

GTQ barely has any rules enforced in case you haven't noticed. And sure people have lives, but that's why you have active users be moderators. Can you get rid of all the spam? Probably not since this is GTQ. But you can still keep the spam to a minimum. This is clearly not the minimum.

Everytime I come on, there is either spam present, or it had happened.
I know right. I never really do anything besides this (mainly because my friends never want to hang out) but if people are only making accounts to come on and constantly spam the website, they have less of a life than any of us. -
