  • Hi um im 13 and im 5'11 and 220 pounds. Is this bad im really insecure, and i cant lose weight no matter how hard i try. I just dont have any motivation and i get bullied ALOT so yeah.

  • im turning 15 on tuesday, im 5 foot 8 inches, im 159 lbs, and i got close to being overweight. the thing is, my stomach and thighs are the problem im not "fat" in a sense i just am.. thick, i guess? but i dont like my stretch marks on my hips and inner thighs because they make me feel ugly

    • Don't worry too much about it. You're a good weight in my opinion and stretch marks are nothing to be ashamed of, they just mean that you grow quickly. My brother has a lot of them because he gets taller really fast.

  • Well Im over weight and my height is 5'8, 13 years old. The doctors said that i have to lose 20 pounds... i started eating less four days ago and I've lost 8 pounds... I think I dont look like really big? Even though Im only 13 i have to buy adult clothes. I guess i have a large frame. Actually i know that im overweight becuz im 180 pounds but i still took this test cuz i like to torture myself :).

  • Mine said I was perfect but I dont feel that way. I am 51, 12 years old, and weight 115-125 (Im not sure because I dont have a scale) I only eat 1-2 meals a day + snacks and Im still chubby. I play softball for 2 (maybe 3) teams and still am like this. Im probably going to go on a diet.

    • How overweight are we talking here? If youre 10-20 pounds or so its not gonna make a difference but if its much more than that you should probably be worrying
