A good idea might be to have a notebook a write down what you want your story to start and end with if you don't know what you want to start with write your book backwards, start at the end then go from there, you also need to know your characters, have another notebook so that you can see what your characters are like, have an interview with them, get to know them, what do they eat for breakfast, what movies do they like, what's their favourite colour? lot of questions so that you know your characters. a good idea for a book could be something to do with your life (what it was like in your child hood, what your going through now or any crisis you or you best buddy went through) all this is a good starting point for when you write a book!!! I'm a writer myself, I'm in the process of writing many books. Before you write something, you really need to have a GOOD idea of what you want to write about. The brainstorming process will take a while, but it will be worth it. Write about something you like or care about (because you won't have any fun writing something that doesn't interest you, you'll probably not even finish it) When I first started writing, I bought a journal to jot down my thoughts, and then I would look at it to get some ideas. I HIGHLY recommend that you do that, because you will give yourself your own inspiration, and the feeling is great when you finally figure it out. Also, do your research, find out what others like to read. If you want others to read your work, they have to be interested. Good luck to you, I hope that I helped!

Do something that interest you! If not that, fiction books are a great kind of book to get started with! Write down a name and time period, then your imagination will take you from there!

Well first thing Im going to tell you is 1. Learn to spell 2. Use proper grammer.

No one will ever even bother reading your story if it's not well written. Also you can just write down whatever pops into your mind, don't stress out over it. If you do it won't come out as well.

well it helps not to stress your self out just relax and don't force ideas into your head. I'm not saying you should do this but I always get my ideas while I'm day dreaming in class ;]

if you can't even think of an idea... well writing is all about being creative I mean come on you really can't think of anything

Also, it helps if you are completely satisfied with the characters, other wise you end up losing interest in the book. I have a passion for writing and I plan to write books when I'm older, so, yea.

Well, I'm writing a book about volcanos, and no, I don't plan on posting it anywhere, I'm too lazy, but you would be, too, if your book was already 7 chapters long!

Okay, so, maybe about something you like, we are learning about volcanos and the earths crust and rocks and things in science, and I found the unit interesting, so I started to write a fictional book.

Say, maybe, you like, I don't know, dolls. Maybe you could write a book about dolls coming to life, maybe something happened and they are trying to help, or need help; maybe they are the ones doing bad things.

Also, I cut my hair for cancer just before last summer, I cut off about 9 inches and my hair was at my jaw line after I cut it, so in my book, I made one of my characters have cancer. She has five months to live, so, yea.

I like to base books I write off of stuff I like to do, or stuff I have done. I hope I helped, and I wish I could help more, but I'm supposed to be unpacking, I just moved.

How about a series? Maybe a series about where there is a girl, and her name is ____. (The person taking the quiz is supposed to put their name in the blank.) She loves to draw and finally draws the anime she says she's certain is her best work. She names her anime Defo-chan/Uta. But her anime comes to life! Then Defo-chan/Uta secretly signs up to the school ____ goes to! Now that Defo-chan/Uta is going to ____'s school, Defo-chan/Uta has the same crush on a boy as ____. And they both are flirting with him, until ____ finally finds out Defo-chan/Uta's secret!

I cant really help you unless you have an idea of what you what the book to be about. But heres some ideas:

A guy being framed for something he didnt do.

A girl falling in love the the most unlikeliest person.

A horse going through abuse.
A kitten being born to the streets
An animals life.

I mean, those are some small ideas that you could grow on, but there u go.:)

Do what is going on in your life. that sounded stupid

Sit down and watch and think about a lot of books and movies you really like. You could also listen to some songs to inspire you. I like to do that. Like right now I'm writing a fantasy about this strange world. I read a lot of the stories that people made on here so I took a little from them. (but I used different words and stuff) And I like the golden compass, so I'm going to have each humanoid have a creature that is their spirit, except they aren't born with it. And then I was listening to some music while I was writing and it gave me some plot ideas. (I suggest listening to adele or taylor swift or some country music. Country gives you ideas about family, taylor, romance, and adele she sings about strength and stuff so if you want to write a sad book or a book about overcoming fear you should listen to her. That's all I can tell you, so BYE! XD

Well depending on what you are writing about depends on the title. I suggest brainstorming by writing down alot of random ideas and choosing one. And of course proofread.

Write a story about based on your favorite song

Do something dark and offbeat! Be bold and original in your writing but feel free to find inspiration In your favorite books or poetry. People want NEW and UNCHARTED books to read. Not knockoffs of other authors success. Good luck and happy writing! :3

I'm not sure writing would be best for you. Maybe learn spelling and grammar and use regular typing. But, If you must write a book, choose a subject that peaks your intrest. Jot down any ideas you can. Eventually, you'll get a decent plot. Then, start writing!

Start with "Write" instead of "wright".

Maybe something like Dare to dream?
or something magical!
