Ok so basically my eyes they always look brown they never really change color except when I have a really bright light around my eye then they turn kind of green. The ring of my eye is dark blue. Idk if my eyes are hazel or brown. If my eyes are hazel why doesn't it ever turn green except when I shine a bright light? And why when I don't shine a bright light it's hard to see the green in my eye?
