    • Negro was a slur, but their are two instances that people still use it that are non-offensive. 1, Hispanic people will sometimes say it, as their native language is espanol, and 2, I know people that are trying to bring it back as something positive. One of my best friends is trying to do that, and she's diffidently a 'negro'
