I'd love to say that looks don't matter. I wish they didn't, but we all know they do. Pretty people get paid more, get laid more (I just felt like rhyming). But being pretty doesn't mean you can compromise intelligence and compassion. I have to say though, if you are kind to everyone and are a generally likeable person, lack of physical beauty is compensated for in full.
