1. What is your age? Under 18 Years Old 18 to 24 Years Old 25 to 30 Years Old 31 to 40 Years Old 41 to 50 Years Old 51 to 60 Years Old Over 60 Years Old2. What is your gender? Male Female3. If you were to consider a career change, what would you be? Foreman of a road crew Actor/actress Start my own business Architect Fashion designer Typical office worker4. New mission, Jim! You're assignment is to retrieve a top-secret document from a gangster's ultra-secure penthouse. Your basic plan of action is to: Infiltrate the house as a worker, steal the documents while I'm "at work" Bug the gangster's entire house to determine his routine, hack the security system and steal the documents while he's away Convince the ganster you're pychic, foretell that the FBI will raid his house, and convince him to hide the documents in your crystal ball Get the ganster to invite you over for dinner, fake your own death, and steal the documents while he calls the morgue Go undercover as a rival mob boss, confront him, and intimidate him into giving up the documents. Hmmm... I'll deal with that once I'm in the house!5. Busted! As you're stealing the documents, the gangster bursts in and demands to know what you're doing. You reply: "Oh, you see, it's just that--" (karate chops bad guy into unconsciousness) "Rats." "Your secretary told me to put these envelopes in here. Sorry, was I not supposed to be here?" "All right, hands up!" (pulls out gun) With silence-- unless you count the sound of your fist smashing into the bad guy's nose. Shocked silence-- you can't believe you're caught.6. What are your opinions on hostage situations? They're terrible-- and half the time, you're the hostage. A necessary precaution. They should be avoided-- not only do they increase the chance of being identified, but they're also risky because the hostage(s) might fight back. I don't really have any strong feelings on the subject. You do what you have to do. I don't have strong feelings either-- I just do what I'm told.7. What is the best way to fake a heart attack, acting or drugs? Drugs-- sure, there may be discomfort involved, but I can deal with that. Acting-- no way I'm going to take some freaking drug! It depends on if I'm going to be closely examined for symptoms -- drugs if I am, acting if I'm not. Drugs, hands down. Much more realistic, and I'm not going to tempt fate by hoping my act convinces the bad guy. Acting-- I'd rather not take the drugs, and faking a heart attack is easy. Acting. Drugs are so "predetermined"-- I'd rather just have a spontaneous "heart attack" than know I'm going to keel over at 2:00.8. Oh rats. The bad guys have caught you, and are threatening to unleash your worst fears upon you... unless you talk. What will you do? Tell them everything-- you're already shaking with fear. Feed them a lot of false information and try to escape. Knock out the guard, steal his uniform, and escape. Shut your mouth and refuse to open it. Endure a few sessions of torture, pretend to break and give them false info, and make a deal with them for your freedom. Zap the lock and escape... oops, forgot about the guards. (back in cell): Rats.9. You're next mission involves taking out someone you once had a relationship with. You: Shrug it off. It's over, and you need to focus at the task at hand. Have to admit you're really fighting yourself on this one. It's going to be one tough mission. Go through with the mission, of course. Letting personal feelings interfere with your work is highly unprofessional. Relationship? What relationship? (sigh) I really hate to do this, but I must go through with it... I think... Admit to your team leader that you can't go through with the mission; you're too close to the situation.10. What would be your worst fear? Being trapped and unable to escape. Death. The inability to protect those you love. Being convicted for a crime you didn't commit. Being convicted for a crime you did commit. Being caught red-handed at some terrible deed and publicly shamed.11. Nice. You've managed to fall in love with an enemy agent, and are now ordered to deliver him/her to jail. What will you do? WHAT?! Are you NUTS?! Get him/her to safety, of course! WHAT?! Are you NUTS?! Deliver him/her to the police, of course! (sigh) I really, really do wish we could be together, but... I'll take him/her to jail. And when he/she gets out, I'll be there waiting for them... Take him/her to the police. Duty before pleasure. Turn in my resignation and flee with him/her to an exotic island escape. Woohoo! Plan an elaborate ruse with him/her where I get shot while taking him/her to the police (just a flesh wound) and he/she then escape to freedom! Everybody wins!12. A mission has gone horribly wrong, and a fellow team member has been killed. What is your reaction? Accept it and move on. Begin sobbing uncontrollably. Be removed from the mission by the team leader. Put your emotions "on ice" and finish up the mission; you can mourn afterwards. Torture yourself inwardly, as you feel responsible for his/her death. Finish up the mission and start a personal vendetta against the person(s) who killed him/her. Lose control of yourself, go after the killers, and blow the whole mission. Oops... but your team member has been avenged!13. You are more likely to be captured because... You drop something on your way out which identifies you as a spy. You were the last one out and sacrificed yourself to let the others get away. Your latex mask wasn't designed to withstand the surprise bomb planted in your room. You accidentally offended the wrong people and were too honorable to kill them so you could escape. Of an unlucky accident. You were careless and got shot.14. Have you ever fallen in love? Ha! Is this a question? I have members of the opposite sex flocking around me day and night, even in civilian life! Oh well, I can't help it. Once. I don't fall easily, but when I do, I never recover. Let's talk about something else. Of course, and am now happily married! I have a normal dating life, so yeah, I guess. That's private. Oh yes! (sigh) Why do all the women I love end up dead or in jail?15. After a botched escape attempt, you find yourself wounded and lost in a foreign country. You think you can see a light in the distance, but you're not sure, and it might be an enemy. What will you do? Strike out towards the light. I'll deal with whatever it is when I get there, but I need to keep moving to keep my mind off the pain. Sit down and wait for the stars to come out, that way I can start heading away from the prison. The pain's no problem; trying to decide on a course of action is. Head back towards the prison, knock out a guard, and steal his gun. Try to take someone hostage to negotiate for transportation & medical attention. Head towards the light and hope I don't pass out on the way. Turn back and let myself get recaptured. I need medical attention now!16. After your radio is eaten by a great white shark you find you've lost contact with the team leader at a vital time in the mission. What will you do? Jury-rig a new radio using toaster parts. Problem solved! Try to guess what your team leader would want you to do-- you know him pretty well, after all. Send your partner to find a phone. As fast as possible. Improvise! And hope the team leader will understand... I AM the team leader. I'm working feverishly to re-establish contact and hoping no one is trying some nutty improvisation scheme over there... Take the most logical course of action, whether or not the team leader would sanction it.
